Do you accommodate food allergies?
My kitchen uses many ingredients, so I can't promise any cake is completely free from traces of allergens. If you have an allergy, reach out before ordering so we can talk through options.
Will my cake look exactly like the photo?
No two cakes are ever exactly the same. I'll do my best to match your inspiration, but each cake is a little work of art and may have its own personality.
Can someone else pick up my cake?
Yes! Someone else can pick up your cake as long as they have your order details. All pickups must be done in person inside our bakery-no curbside or third-party pickups.
How do I arrange pickup or drop-off?
Right now it's just me baking and decorating, so please contact me to arrange a pickup or drop-off time that works for both of us.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery for large cake orders within a reasonable distance for an extra fee. If you have questions about delivery, just email us. We'll make sure your cake arrives safely and ask for a delivery window since traffic can be unpredictable.
How should I store my cake?
If you're not serving your cake soon, keep it in the fridge. If you refrigerate overnight, avoid strong odors. Take your cake out at least 2 hours before serving for the best taste and texture. Don't leave your cake in the heat. Enjoy your cake within a day or so for the best experience.
How do I travel with my cake?
Keep your cake on a flat surface in your car, not on a seat or in your lap. Drive carefully and avoid bumps. In warm weather, use the AC to keep things cool.
How long will my cake last?
We recommend serving your cake as soon as possible for freshness, but it will keep in the fridge for up to 36 hours if needed.
Can you write on the cake?
We don't write directly on our cakes with frosting or other decorations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Please let me know at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Otherwise, I'll need to charge the full amount.
Do you make wedding or event cakes?
Yes. Postre wedding cakes use seasonal ingredients and fresh flowers for a simple, beautiful finish. Please finalize custom orders and payments at least two weeks before your event.
